Teosyal Redensity II is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is designed for treating the delicate under eye area. It is the only dermal filler currently licensed for use in tear trough correction and possesses a number of qualities that make it suitable for this purpose.
Teosyal Redensity II contains a mixture of cross-linked and non cross-linked hyaluronic acid which gives it the right viscoelastic properties for filling hollows in the tear trough area. It also contains a mixture of Vitamins and anti-oxidants which help restore skin hydration, promote skin cell regeneration and even out skin tone. At Medicosmetic we use Teosyal Redensity II filler in all of our tear trough correction treatments to:
Fill out the hollows of the eye (also known as tear troughs) and restore lost volume
Smoothing fine lines and wrinkles in the under eye area
Improve surface hydration, texture and reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes
We use a cannula to introduce the filler into the tear trough area, as this is the safest way to carry out this procedure.
Using a cannula also minimises inflammation and bruising.
There is very little downtime with this procedure due to our method of treatment
